01/ How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in two business days or less. More complex requests can take longer.
02/ How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and we’ll add you to your very own Trello board. This usually takes about an hour from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite, you’re ready to request. Instructions for using the board live on the board itself.
03/ Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
No. Once subscribed, add as many design requests to your queue as you’d like. They are delivered one by one.
04/ Can we use it for our agency’s clients?
Yes — that is what it’s built for. Unlimited brands are included, so you can queue work for every client account under a single subscription.
05/ How does the pause feature work?
Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. If you use the service for 21 days and then pause, the billing cycle pauses and you keep 10 days of service to use anytime in the future.
06/ How do you handle larger requests?
Larger requests — full websites, app designs, UI/UX work — are broken down on our end. Expect a reasonable amount of work every 24–48 hours until the entire request is done.
07/ What programs do you design in?
Most requests are designed in Figma.
08/ How does Webflow development work?
Webflow development is included in the subscription and treated as a design request. When the site is fully built, it is transferred to your account and you own it from then on — no subscription needed to keep it running.
09/ What if I don’t like the design?
No worries. We’ll keep revising the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
10/ Are there any requests you don’t support?
Yes. The subscription does not cover 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), video, document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.) or Adobe InDesign documents.
11/ What if I only have a single request?
That’s fine. Pause your subscription when it’s finished and come back when you have more design needs — the rest of your cycle doesn’t go to waste.
12/ Are there any refunds?
Not loving it after the first week? Get 75% back, no questions asked. Past the first week of service no refunds are issued, and no refunds are issued for completed work.
